Every inbound SMS or WhatsApp message hits SW-WhatsApp-Inbound-Handler / SW-SMS-Inbound-Handler and persists to sms_conversations via the store_sms_message RPC. Channel is inferred from caller_phone prefix (whatsapp:) or message_sid prefix (MM* = WhatsApp, SM* = SMS).
Eve auto-replies via the inbound handler when classification is reply-eligible. WhatsApp replies outside the 24-hour service window require a pre-approved Content template per WhatsApp Business policy.
Realtime channel sms_conversations:INSERT via Supabase Realtime — new messages prepend without page reload.
